We offer 30 days return policy for our ( …UK, USA….. ) based customers. During this period they can
return the item(s) and get the full refund, and after 90 days they can return their device only if they
want to exchange or replace it if it appears to be defective. The customers are required to hold the
order number and serial number of their purchase if they want to return the item(s). We do not allow
the returns for the shipping material.We do not refund the shipping charge of $6 for returns on no n-defective items. The issuance of the prepaid shipping labels may only be eligible within the 30 day return period. After the return period isover, we will not supply shipping. In case of providing shipping label to return a non-defective item, we will withhold a shipping charge of $10. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns, for the internationally shipped products. The customers are required to report within 48 hours from the time shipment was received if in case the items are damaged during shipment or on arrival (DOA) so that we can then file insurance claims. For insurance claim it is necessary for us to have original shipping box. If the item were missing from the shipment provided or the items were delivered according to the delivery status but the items have not arrived, the customers are required to contact support within 48 hours to file a claim.
You can purchase the extended warranties only at the checkout for your order and the return period of your device will be extended for exchanges only.
